No heat, no hot water, and drain clogged. Strange men tried/entered room. Cut stay short because of conditions of stay. Would never go back. Didn't feel safe. Asked for hotel to reimburse for stay, and they refused. They refused to give a receipt showing checked out early. Rude, disrespectful, accusatory, and completely unprofessional!!

Clean room.... BUT the HEAT setting on the a/c does NOT work. Very cold night, 35⁰... I just left a campground so I am equipped to sleep in the cold BUT the promise of heat in my room is why I slept here. I spent my money for nothing! Even on the highest setting (see photo) NO HEAT!!!
