This hotel is for minimalists. Old furniture, sticky bathroom door, no extras worth speaking of. It’s in a good location as there are restaurants in walking distance. The desk is only open from 11 am to 11 pm. If you stay here make sure you have all the supplies you need before the clerk leaves for the night. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The bed in the room was pretty comfortable. The pillows were AWFUL! I suffered with a sore, stiff neck for the next two days after staying here. The microwave oven is working n a high cart facing the bed. The light from the clock on it shown n my eyes all night long. We stayed here for the price and we got what we paid for.

Amazing place, very neat, tidy and well-maintained property with much character and such wonderful hosts. Great breakfast and plenty of choices. Well stocked amenities, very inviting backyard, super comfortable bed and beddings, comforters and sheets. Great place to break tour or as a base central location to continue to Crater Lake, Bend, Lassen national park or Mount Shasta We had great night sleep and had a super breakfast and tips on surrounding and information available for local things to do and see.

The room was clean as was the kitchen area and bathroom. There could be more surfaces in the bathroom to set things on while bathing. The window AC/heater is noisy and blows directly onto the bed which I didn’t like and there was no way to divert the airflow so I put a chair in front and balanced a pillow to block the airflow. Note the parking lot is rather limited but the night clerk directed me to park my rv/trailer across the street which worked out, even if I was a little worried about security. My room 5B was right next to the drive-through next door so I heard that traffic until late.
