Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we had a good experience. A couple of issues that were confusing were: 1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours. 2. Of the 3 elevators, one wasn't working at all, one required a trip to the 6th floor before going down, and the other worked. There was a sign (with graphics, very attractive) posted in the elevators saying we were all on an adventure while the elevators are being repaired. How long does that take? Long enough that it required a graphic designer to create and post a flyer with an unknown date of repair completion. Very odd. 3. There wasn't decaf coffee available in the morning in the lobby.

Room was clean, staff helpful. Good value. Good breakfast. Only complaint, air conditioner was loud.

There was no person there to help you, just a machine. Couldn’t get extra towels, the AC barely worked and the website said it had a pool. No pool. This is not a place to bring your family for a family vacation stay. Spend the extra and get better
