I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times and I've never been disappointed. Always clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

This was a new facility. The beds were nice and firm. The staff was available and friendly. We lost electrify one morning but it worked out that it was when we were gone so when we returned it was on. We stayed here three nights and it was a good experience.

The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good.When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. When we arrived for a long weekend for July 4th the pool was closed and stayed closed until the last afternoon we were there. It was in the 90’s every day. The air conditioning unit did work.

The room was extremely musty smelling and damp when we got there. The dehumidifier was full by day two, so we emptied it. The toilet bowl was yellow like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple weeks. There was no shower curtain in the shower. The staff responded quickly with a fresh one and set it up. The bed springs were completely gone in the middle so we each had to cling to the edge of the king bed to not end up in the sunken in middle. The breakfast wasn't available until 7 am, not even a cereal bar. I wouldn't stay there again. Although the location was extremely convenient. The parking lot fills up quickly and is very tight!

Sweet hotel. Two of the cutest pups met us to welcome us to the hotel. Very charming and we hope to come back.

It was beautiful inside and out. Would recommend 10/10. Very quiet location beds slept great and close to Bar Harbor
