Terrible place to stay dirty, not friendly at all. The sink or shower did not drain. After telling owner nothing happened. There was hair coming out the sink drain that was clogging it from going down. I had to use a bag to pull some of fhe hair off so it drained. The only person there that was nice and working ass off was the brekfast lady. She was working hard getting the food out and keeping the place clean.

Dumpy, dirty, disorganized. Tried to check in a bit early and they would not allow but confirmed our res. When we returned, they had no room. Ended up driving 45 minutes and paying 3x the cost at 11pm. A crowd in the lobby was outraged and it was NOT a good scene. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn and that one should be razed.

Horrible customer service the front desk workers were very rude to many customers, I ended up getting a different room than the one I booked. The room was dirty when I checked in, overall unpleasant experience and would’ve requested a refund in the event I had an alternate place to stay.

The tv wasnt working. The toilet barely flushed. There was no maintenance in hotel, no manager, the front desk people were of no help. The guy that checked us in couldnt get our keys to work for an hour. The lady at the desk looked like she was on drugs and was noddingbout and gave an attitude stating she cant do it and no one else wants to work. The pool wasnt open for us. There was what looked like homeless people that just hung out in lobby. The restaurant was a dive bar that seemed it was for locals who are used to get drunk and get high. As a law enforcement officer i did not feel safe in this hotel for my kids or myself. I tried to check out early but lady was not able to gove a refund.

Rooms smelt like cigarette smoke. Generally unclean. Fridge barely worked. Mattress awful, also too small for the bed frame.pl Pillows looked like they were off of a children's bed. Bar smelt like cigarette smoke. Check in was a mess half the rooms weren't available at 3 even though that's when they tell you that you can check in. Parking was ok.

Room was utterly gross—grimy windowsills, walls scattered with boogers, tub didn’t drain and had hair in it upon arrival, bathroom drawer coated with a mysterious sticky substance. Back-door entrance opened without having to scan your key. Alternatively, beds were clean (as far as I could tell), and towels were in abundance. All in all, the condition of the room made for an uncomfortable stay, and, at points, I felt dirty simply existing in the room. The hallways, as well as the room at points, smelled of cigarettes more often than not. When on rare occasion the smell of cigarettes had dissipated, it was replaced with the comical reeking of weed. Our keys stopped working prior to checkout time. If, for any reason, you plan to stay at this establishment, make sure your booking aligns with the bead and mineral show. Maybe the only bright spot on a dingy smudge of a “hotel.”

The staff checking us on were extremely not nice, not accommodating and honestly not helpful at all. They were rude. We didnt have a remote, the toilet was clogged and they honestly could care less. The hotel was not clean, At all. Would not recommend.

The premises could do with some improved maintenance. Some unfinished repairs in the hallway. Our room water drains were running slow, some of the lights were not working. Brought to attention to the desk attendant, and said here was a card and we can complain to the manager directly. However, on a good point the room was tidy and was quiet.
