Booked for two nights, but only stayed one. At checkout, the front desk said I would be refunded for the night we didn't stay. At breakfast, I checked my bank to see if they refunded my money. Instead of the refund, they charged an extra on hundred dollars. I called them and they They just took off the extra one hundred dollars they were supposed to refund, but still charged my card for the original two nights. So, I'm out one hundred dollars for their mess up. As far as the room, it smelled like mildew and the bathtub stopper was sitting on the side of the tub DO NOT STAY HERE.hundred dollars

First off the parking wasnt plowed for hours then when staff was asked how long before we could get out she kept saying i dont know and would not call to check. Pool area was terrible found a finger nail in the water the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse bunch of mold as well.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was outdated. There was a crack in the tile floor and the clothing hook had come off the back of the door. The sheets were definitely clean, but whatever detergent they were using made my wife's skin itch. We had a snowfall overnight, but the hotel staff didn't have the manpower to clear the parking lot, or hire someone to do so.

The check in and breakfast was good. The room had been cleaned and ok. But the bathroom ceiling had a lot of black mold. It is a popcorn ceiling and it smelled horrible. Lots of mold
