We only stayed one night. Had to cancel the second due to illness. Staff offered to refund the second night although we had already paid. Nice place. Great service. Would definitely stay here again.

There were several difficulties with the door lock, hall light near our was out- they said that they were waiting on a part, no outdoor seating areas. The triple room was great, the mattresses and bedding were fine, sufficient lighting in the room, easy access via several doors, plenty of parking, and it was conveniently located.

The room was incredible at the Party in Pinetop! 10ft bed! Indoor pool and sauna were a plus. Market to buy forgotten things was useful! Outdoor table allowed us to grill outside even though we had a fully stocked functioning kitchen.
