Decent place to stay but the bathroom smelled like sewer really bad we had to keep the door closed

I had to cancel due to the air quality. They wouldn't give me my money back.
$170 down the drain because I couldn't travel because of the air. I'm a heart patient and my health stopped us from traveling. It wasn't my fault. Can you please give me back my money. I live on SSI and it's not a lot.
