The place was a dump, dirty unkept, construction work and debris/dust everywhere. I refused to stay in such a dirty place, i got a hotel else! But u guy's would only credit me 1 night. I never stayed there cause it was terrible! Expedia was no help and ill be contesting the charges cause it was so dirty/grimy i couldn't stay there! Staff was no help!! Shouldn't even been talking guests! Absolutely terrible!

Hotel was under construction, but clean. For being an older hotel you could tell they still tried to take good care of it. I was disappointed there was no elevator. It made it a little more difficult to get to the second floor with what I had, I went alone and it was dark when I arrived. Breakfast was small but still had good options.

Front desk told us best place to park based on room proximity, undergoing some reconstruction, window taped off, but that explained the cheaper re rate, was goping for a hot breakfast or some boiled eggs, but still thankful for a safe, clean, warm place to rest. Mattress was great!!

1st room they tried to give me, the door was open, and inside the beds were not made there was a table flipped upside down on the bed, dresser was pulled out. They promptly switched my room to another room upstairs with apologies but the whole vibe of the hotel was just mold and outdated. Not sure how they got high reviews at all, but it was definitely not a clean place. But the bed was pretty comfortable tho

Stay was ok. They are renovating so things look a little busy. If they had redone our room already my advice find a better company. Our company would not leave a room looking like that, it was bad drywall and trim work. Don’t get me started on the Lino work 😳. Beautiful hotel just need a better crew fixing it up.

We checked in and went to the side door to walk to our room. There is construction going on outside, but we figured the room would be fine. Got into the hallway where some of the rooms are, and there was ceiling tiles missing with pipes showing. It seemed like there were some repairs going on with the pipes going all the way down the hall. Went into our room and was instantly hit with a mildew musty smell. Walked over to the curtains to shut them, and the carpet was squishy/full of water. We refused to stay in that room as I am pregnant and the rest of the hotel was booked. Crazy after spending $359 on the room. We had to find a last minute room at a different hotel which was super stressful as we drove from a couple hours away. Ended up staying at the Odawa Hotel which was much cheaper and way nicer.

Parking lot very poor lighting. carpet in room ripped up, 60 F. Air Conditioner either on or off. No temperature control. Walking in the room was like going into a freezer, plus very loud. Big bug in the folded towel. Mold around the edges in bathroom. Rude receptionist. Only cold breakfast
