The television would only stay on for 2 mins and completely turn off, then throughout the night it would just randomly turn on and you would have to turn it off manually. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was could, no bacon and egg burgers as displayed in the breakfast photos..

Line up out the door for check in. Had to move rooms in middle of the night as air conditioner stopped working, malfunction was something a mechanic had to fix. Had paid more for a city view and was moved to room facing another wall so was essentially downgraded. Returned our old key next day, car park wouldn’t work due to new key not being activated with the car park. Bathroom fan in the room we were moved to didn’t work and there’s no open windows therefore bathroom would be foggy and wet pretty sure there is water damage from it too. Just felt like was messed around the whole stay with not much of an apology from staff.

Although the staff was kind and courteous and helpful, the guest rooms in this hotel were painfully small, including tiny bathrooms, which made it hard for senior citizens to move around comfortably. Also our room clearly had not been painted recently, so this and other areas were in need of a new coat of paint. That said, it was reasonable for the price, but we would not be able to stay here again because of the space constraints. The staff was wonderful, in any case!
