Very basic and clean enough but the room was tiny and was lacking basic amenities like water. They forgot to clean out the fridge from the previous guests and they did not include the VIP drinks I was given with my booking. It was ok for the price but don’t expect much!

Simple and fuss free hotel in a good location. Staff at check-in were fantastic and helpful, made us feel very welcomed when we reached early in the morning. Amenities like teas and hair dryer provided, but do bring your own toothbrushes 😁

Excellent staff and service. However, the rooms appear to have shrunk. I would be very careful in staying again in the so-called “Petite King” rooms for more than a couple of nights for business visits. A bit inconvenient with small room to move, no cupboard, no iron/ironing board (were provided on request but rooms not come equipped), one barely medium size table with kettle and supposed to be used for all other business work. Slightly disappointed on this visit with what the management has done.

We stayed at the Family Room for one night and was thoroughly impressed by this 3 star hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious - much bigger than the standard room at a 4 star hotel we previously stayed at. The decor was modern and smart and the hallways had a lovely scent.
