Easy access to restaurants and the train station.

Great location, our room layout was not like the photos, the couch was up against the window, the bathroom is a bit dated and the aircon didn’t go below 21. Otherwise clean and had everything we needed.

A very comfortable stay in the spacious and well equipped studio. Oaks is centrally located in Perth only 5 minutes walk from the train station and easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Very good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options.
