Good price for the location, the pool was nice. 1 The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, a tad bit hard. 2 The aircon appears to be what was fitted when the hotel opened (sounds like a car backfiring when you turn it off) + fairly loud operation. 3 The batteries in the TV remote were weak / very laggy TV remote 4 The wifi password gets forgotten the following day + the login wifi portal is hard to see / poor contrast design. 5 The breakfast buffet was good, but a bit disappointing. NO COFFEE MACHINE (unlike similarly-priced buffets elsewhere), and the food offerings were a bit limited.. 6 Free tooth brush /paste would've been nice.. 7 Overall, the place feels like it needs a bit of a makeover.

The room was cold and not inviting, when I arrived the first thing i saw was the bathroom was so dirty with someone elses black hair everywhere (i am blonde), the toilet in our room didn't flush. With the bathroom door open or closed there was no fan in the bayhroom so the mirrors juat fogged up and the lighting was terrie in the bathroom. The bed was on wheels that couldn't lock so the bed moved around whenever you moved, the bed was full of springs that dug into your back and was super uncomfortable. The pool and spa was nice but closes so early in the night. When inside the room you can hear every tiny noise from all over the hotel. Hearing babies crying, furniture being moved, talking and loud noises coming from other rooms above and next to ours. Im very disappointed in the cleanliness and the room in general.

The indoor pool is quite lovely, even though I didn't use it, it was a cool feature. The interior of this hotel is quite dated, but it has a certain charm about it that kind of makes up for it. It was really nice to have a balcony. The aircon in the room was old but effective. Bathroom was fine but the body wash and hand soap provided smelled like dishwashing liquid and wasn't very pleasant. Would have preferred more than one towel. Room was otherwise clean and tidy.

Central indoor pool is great apart from potential kid noise, nice food, friendly staff. No room service but can get takeaway from restaurant so handy enough. Didn't spend long enough there to take advantage of tennis courts, but has all you need in a good location

For $207 a night it is very average the room wasn’t clean stained carpets blood on mattress mould in bathroom in need of desperate remodeling and should have complimentary breakfast $35 day extra for breakfast is ridiculous.

Stayed in "Deluxe " one bedroom. Was informed by staff this was the lead in short stay room. The One bedroom had kitchenette, studios also kitchenette. Carpets were tired, furniture very basic, in wall air-conditioning noisy. Had a dining table no cutlery or plates. 10mm gap under the door which let in light and sound all night. Windows and balcony door could be opened,but not practical as no fly screens were fitted. On the plus side bed was comfortable, reception should provide ear plugs on arrival to make use of it. Basically budget motel style accommodation in a 5 storey building at top end prices.

Nice, but needs a facelift

The hotelmis quite dated. Old in-the-wall aircon units. The families appeared to be having a great time, as you can hear everything coming from the indoor pool area. The price point was good though.
