Excellent hotel located on Ocean Drive and close to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean although could have done with more storage, especially bathroom. Would highly recommend

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The staff was the best part of our stay. Friendly, courteous, cheerful… big shout outs to Yesenia from housekeeping and Kevon, keeper of the waffle iron! The facility is an older property and it shows. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. But the location was excellent!! Right across from the beach and close to lots of shopping and dining. If you are looking for a budget hub, this is a good choice, if you are looking for a feature packed resort destination, look again. Excellent value for our 9 day stay! Management, check your elevator inspection certificate.

The hotel itself is somewhat lacklustre- rooms are Cold and stark…. No artwork or anything…hallways look like army barracks and it’s loud because there’s nothing at all to absorb sound. Pool is nice, beach too, good location Breakfast buffet is good, lots of choices. Dinner buffet is not worth having…. Was disappointing. Pretty lobby, staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean- kitchen sink in particular was filthy. Check in was terrible- no one at the office, stood outside for 45 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone. Would not stay here again.
