BEd was comfortable, staff was friendly adequate parking quiet area.

The lady in the front should be nicer to her clients.

Carpets and benches throughout the lobby were stained. Carpets in the hallway were torn and stained. Carpets in the rooms were heavily stained, room didn't feel clean at all. Only positives are location to mall and spacious rooms.

The room was much smaller than pictures led to expect. The bathroom toilet/shower is a STALL with a door. NO Place to put personal toiletries. No counter, 1 hook on back of door. I shelf above the toilet. The shower rod is falling down and the curtain will not stay at the ends of the bar. So every shower turns the stall into a wet room. The sink is outside of the stall door with very scarce counter edges. Cobwebs on the ceiling and a cracked ceiling with a clinking heater makes it complete.

Our stay at the grand was fantastic 👏 will continue to stay there whenever in the area. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great start to our day.
