The room smelled horribly bad like smoke. The sheets were dirty. No remote for the tv. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Crime occuring in parking lot. Unsafely environment.

We found two large, live cockroaches and several babies all around our room. There was an old roach trap sitting on the shelf of the closet right when you walked in. Someone’s leftover chicken wings were still in the freezer. The guy at the front desk charges us for our dogs, even though the website says dogs stay free. There were also people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot and scavenging for cigarettes. We definitely would have gone to another hotel if we hadn’t gotten in at 2 in the morning. The entire place needs to be shut down and sprayed for bugs immediately. Your infestation already seems pretty out of hand!

Overall not great.

Check in process had a slow start. Waited 15 min for someone to show up to the desk. There was already a line in front of me waiting. Once we got to the room, initially it look clean enough. As the stay went on we noticed hair on the bed and with in the sheets. Hair all of over the shower. The area around the hotel had many homeless people.

The building itself is in a run down condition. The desk personnel had to be called on a phone and then waited for. If I hadn't already booked online I would have left. There's was an unexpected $50 damage deposit. Room was clean enough, but shabby. Won't stay there again.

Our stay overall wasn't entirely horrible. My family and I stayed one night, we immediately noticed that the bathroom smelled bad, like someone just pooped in it or something. The bottom of the tub would fill up about an inch every few hours and then drain, the water had poop in it. I have a one year old boy and couldn't even bathe him, or shower ourselves. Just wish someone would have mentioned this before our stay, since when I brought it up at check-out, they already knew about the issue and it wasn't just the room we stayed in.
