This was an old hotel, not very well maintained and an uncomfortable bed.

Good but needs some help. Front counter person didn't seem to want to be there but I guess I understand that some days. Maybe they were having an off day. Were told our room was in the "basement" lol. They have a lower level. One side of the lower level was very stinky. The room we had was huge for today's rooms. Clean- bed was fine . Room was dark but good for sleeping. The tub was peeling everywhere but other than that the room was fine. Parking! If you are here on a weekend the very close bars/restaurants become clubs. Very busy area at night on a one way street. We had to park our car down the street because they don't have nearly enough parking for hotel guets only. So be prepared for that. Decent hotel for Decent price in a good area for a concert .

This is a great property to stay and meets all of my needs. The front desk associate, Maria, was friendly and helpful. The parking is easy; the location is convenient. The morning coffee is always fresh. Great place to stay.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Would have been nice to have pool. Fitness center was perfect with 2 Peloton bikes. Easy to get downtown for the activities and there’s Intrust Bank Arena.

Staff from checking in to house keeping were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom seemed clean but after taking my shoes off to go to bed and walking from the bathroom to the bed, my feet were filthy. My feet looked like I had walked from the parking lot to the room with no shoes. They were not black, just a lot of dirt and little tiny black pebble looking things like turf. My first thought was, do they not sweep or vacuum?? Other than that, the sheets and bedding were clean, plenty of towels and amenities. The mattresses were too firm for my taste and the doors were heavy and loud when they closed. You could hear when anyone from up and down the hall left or entered their rooms. Besides the dirty floor, I can live with everything else. Just wanting to make everyone aware of what I experienced in case there is anything someone couldn’t handle.
