Arrived one hour before check-in after a long day of traveling and was told my room was already cleaned and ready, but there was a $30 fee to check in early. I understand an early check-in fee if special arrangements need to be made, but when the room is already sitting there ready, the charge felt unnecessary and overly focused on generating an extra fee. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the location is great. The rooms are very small, but it’s a city, so that’s understandable. There’s also a resort fee, which seems odd for a hotel that is absolutely not a resort and has very few amenities.

The location is perfect and the building is quite nice. The rooms are also comfortable. This is not a hotel, but rather occupies several floors in a large apartment building. We had a couple issues with our room (malfunctioning, smoke alarm and empty body wash) and neither were dealt with despite a asking multiple times.

Great hotel the staff was very helpful. Very clean just overall a very impressive hotel and staff. Will definitely stay there again.
