This place was a dump. Upon arrival the toilet in the room was clogged before we used it. Hallway was smelly, room was out dated and there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. WTH?! The other room we rented had a bad air conditioner, that was not fixable and so they moved the other person in our party to a new room. The only redemptive quality this dump had was a nice variety for breakfast. I cannot believe how much we paid for such a crappy room. Will NEVER stay there again!!!

When we checked into our rom, we had just finished setting our booth up in the Morristown heat. We wanted to shower but there was no hot water. We ran it for 20 minutes, both faucets and shower. No hot water. I went downstair and she said she would send someone up and apoligized. 22 more minutes went by. no hot water. I went back downstairs and requested another room. she then told me the 'guy" called her and told her the water would be hot now, so run it some more. I then asked her why she did not call me or tell me. Apologies again and i took the new room key and went to check that hot water. none. While i was running the hot water in the new room, hot water miraculously showed up in our original room, so i went back to the front counter, turned in the new room key and told her i was NOT satisfied with this service. We then showered and went out to eat. I have never had this much trouble at a Hampton inn. It appears they only turn the hot water on when someone checks in. Duh. I am a gold Hilton member and will send a formal complaint when we return home from our grueling art show circuit. i have more Hamptons booked and seriously thinking of canceling them all.

Booked last minute after previously booked property felt unsafe. Turned up 10 minutes later to friendly staff who had everything ready. Room was spacious and accomdating for our cat. Included breakfast in the morning was great. Highly recomnend staying here

We came down for the weekend to go to the Yankee game on Saturday night and then spend the day in the city with family! It's a nice location, comfortable and actually shares the same location as the Hilton so there is an outdoor pool and an indoor pool!

Yanisha at the front desk was amazing! We also loved the coffee, breakfast and free waters and cookies. An extra touch that meant a lot and was a big help. Loved the pools. We had a handicapped room and it was nice and spacious. The only negative is that water got all over the floor when showering but we put pool towels down so we wouldn’t skip. Would absolutely recommend this Hampton Inn!

The agents that assisted me were terrific. This is my second stay at the Hampton Inn. My first was the spring of 2024 and then again the spring of 2025. Hermione assisted me BOTH stays was very lovely. The second stay, I had great service from Yaneshia and Slily. They were actually great to deal with. Great employees.

It has a very good location and looks like an actual old Hilton building with newer extension of Hilton just on the adjacent. The general area amenities and ambience are similar to that of Hilton. Inside the rooms, they look and feel of like 1980s interiors
