Beautiful hotel, great staff, clean

The property was below what other margaritaville hotels are. We had a 4 hour delay in check in. Room wasn’t ready till 8:10 pm and we arrived at 4 pm Drinks were expensive and automatic 18% tip. So servers didn’t work to please as they were getting tipped no matter what! Obviously didn’t have the staff for a busy holiday weekend

The property is clean, well-maintained and fairly new. It’s centrally located and a great value for the money.

Overall, disappointed with our stay. Definitely not worth what we paid for. There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room. We had conflicting check out times on our reservation confirmation email and with no one to ask, we decided to wake up early to make sure we didn't incur a late check out fee. We didn't have the chance to dine at Ophelias but there are a few cafes and restaurants withing walking distance. Depending on the purpose of your trip, this may or may not be the right place for you. There's potential with this place but I would not recommend at this time especially for the price (must mention we visited during the World Cup).
