The weirdest thing ever was the light switches were not at normal height. They were lower than normal. No fan or countertop in the bathroom. Room was small for a king size bed. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Best Western Alexandria Inn
Room floor was sticky & had some candies left on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Ran out of kleenex right away. Staff wasn't very friendly. Stayed there last year & had a nice stay. This year not ao much, won't be back again.

The furnace clicked on every hour with the noise of a train coming into the room. By the time a got to sleep again, it kicked in again. Worst night I've had in a long time

Good breakfast, clean room, great bed, fantastic staff heater worked great and was quiet I am a handicapped senior citizen and the staff was above and beyond on all my requests I will be staying here again in the near future thanks to the staff.

Quality Inn & Suites Alexandria
Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down
