The Trainmasters Inn is a delightfully cute B&B with charm. My wife and I stayed for one night while visiting family in Springfield and loved the cozy feel and historical integrity.

Yes staff very pleasant and accommodating. Our room has always been very clean. The only down side for us was no cable TV anymore. It is now Roku and we don't do streaming and Roku offers only reruns or repackaged mostly old shows. So we had no live TV. Only Netflix. Thank goodness I brought my tablet!!

Unique property. Similar to a bed and breakfast. They own the restaurant a block away. Steaming Tender. I a restored train station. Absolutely beautiful. With your stay you preferential dinner reservations and a free dessert.

The Trainmasters is the best place I have ever stayed in. Loved how it was so peacefull. Great size rooms. Very clean. Loved the check in process so easy and convenient. If your looking for peace and quiet, this is 100% the best place. I will definitely be back for another stay here.

We would have enjoyed a variety of items instead of the same muffin 4 mornings in a row. Although it was delicious, a change would be nice. Chilled water would have been nice too.

The decor was beautiful. The hotel was clean. Any question you may have was addressed in the information provided at check-in. It was also very easy to contact the person in charge via text. It was strange to self check-in. Although I could hear that guests were occupying their rooms, I got the feeling I was all alone.
