Small room and amenities poor compared with other hotels. Washer/dryer was a plus and refrigerator was big

The hotel is very centrally located in a very very busy neighbourhood. There are no staff, we didn’t see any, you check in on a kiosk and never interact with hotel staff. The rooms are small but well apportioned.

Excellent location near my office and spacious room

When I first check in my knee get hurt in airport, the staff offer me ice ( take to my room ) which was very considerate. The breakfast was great everyday different options. The lobby was clean with spacious sofa to rest and the locker was very good for tourist to store the luggage. Only 2 things need to improve as my exerience, 1. The house keeping staff seems very slow of cleaning my room, when I came back one day afternoon around 3pm , my room still mass. and end up I have to wait her cleaned my room ( as I need a nap) and the carpet still has trash even aftern vaccum. 2. It seems only 1 elevator was working ( as there are 3 elevator) and does not showing its going up or down, and kinda wasting time there , as many tourist check in and out in the morning, I live in 20th floor, has to wait over 10 mins to get in the elevator. 3. The trash can in the room was too TINY as cant hold garbage end up we have to clean up our garbage ourselves by bring downstair. Except 3 cons , all others service was nice, great location from Myeondong, and quiet.

First room we were given had a strong smoke stench. But thankfully the helpful staff moved us immediately to another room which was fine. But later on we found out the electrical outlets all weren't working and the staff had to come to help us reset the power box and fix things maybe for about 15min. Was alright in the end. Room looks much more dated than in pictures but cleanliness is OK. Located centrally but have to go through some alleyways to reach so no direct access for taxis. Wouldn't recommend unless there aren't better options.
