Quiet location in Centrs district. Good transport links to city and beyond. Clean, roomy apartment with all your needs catered for. Such a comfortable stay.Communication with host could not have been better.

Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von gewöhnlichen 2nd oder eher 3rd hand Geschmack und Qualität. Nein Danke !

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and this wasn't my first visit. I have stayed here several times over the past year. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from, including options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Sometimes the room was cleaned very quickly, and basic things were forgotten, such as emptying the bin or replacing the tea and coffee supplies. During my previous stays, housekeeping was much more thorough, so this was disappointing. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The connection constantly dropped or stopped working completely. We reported this to reception and were told someone would look into it, but unfortunately nothing improved during our stay. Reliable internet is very important, especially for guests who need it for work or communication. Although the staff were generally friendly, there were a few occasions when it felt as though requests for assistance were treated more as an inconvenience than with genuine willingness to help. I hope these issues can be improved because this hotel has always been one of my preferred places to stay, and I would like to continue returning in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Konvents Seta hotel. The property is renovated and everything is clean. Good breakfast offering and great location!

The property was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything went well. My only complaint was the parking. There was no parking for guests. In lieu of daily passes that allowed me to come and go in comfort, I had to pay and estimate how long I would be parked. Incredibly inconvenient, maddening even, and very wasteful of my money. I hated that.

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk people were all very nice and helpful.
