There were no hand towels and hand wash. And whoever cleaned the rooms did not bother to empty the toilet bin plus did not replenish the toilet paper or the other items hand towel and bath mats and soaps. We had to ask but still no hand wash and hand towel throughout our whole stay. There was a musty odour every time we entered the room. The car park facilities are ridicules and limited and unsafe. The buffet breakfast was boring and pastries were not cooked well. The selection was mediocre and had no taste

Our stay overall was good - the main reception, housekeeping, and most restaurants staff were welcoming and helpful. However, a few staff had attitude issues that really need to be addressed. The $100 Expedia guest voucher was also a disappointment - it wasn’t clearly explained, and I was sent back and forth trying to use it. The boutique shop was not open on time, please a 10am is not 10:45am and in the end, I was told it could only be used at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn’t redeem it at all, which left a frustrating end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

A nice resort with wonderful friendly staff, we stayed for 8 days and they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Food was in the main excellent, and the drinks options very good, cocktails from the pool bar are really nice. There were plenty of events to go to throughout the day and we really enjoyed the river tubing trip nearby. The Establishment over the road is a good alternative for a change of scenery, great food and prices there too.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I had such a great experience during our stay! The housekeeping staff truly stood out — they were incredibly accommodating and made sure our rooms were clean and comfortable. When we arrived, the room meant for my kids had only one bed instead of two. I brought it up to the staff, and they handled it immediately without any hesitation — quick and efficient! What really made the stay extra special was that the hotel surprised me by decorating the room for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel so appreciated and celebrated. It's little touches like this that set a place apart. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so memorable!

Peaceful and beautiful!!

We had 5 nights at the Pearl and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ocean & pool views were a delight to wake to every morning. A great free buffet breakfast with amazing views of the harbour and boats. So peaceful and beautiful. The music entertainment was amazing at all meals, such a lovely addition to travelling in Fiji. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat and holiday for any occasion. Bula!!

Highlight of my trip to Fiji although granted the bar was set very low , I mean look it needs a bit of a spruce up here and there but this is a 3rd world country my room was in the newer block was very spacious and comfortable , wifi was pretty diabolical but again its awful everywhere The beach is really nice and the grounds are beautiful too

Daily dawn swims in the adults only pool wet quiet and sublime. The grounds are a tropical paradise and are kept beautifully The room balcony overlooking the river and ocean was a beautiful place to enjoy breakfast and reading The bed was very comfortable The aircon was responsive. Note: don’t turn off aircon and open the balcony door, as despite the natural in place thermal comfort, the flooring seems to “swear”. Keep interior air conditioned for an optimal experience. The “Deli” restaurant dish of kokoda (raw fish marinated and cooked in lemon juice, then served in coconut cream) was consistently delicious The resort is walking distance to local shops offering alternate meals, as the in resort food is quite expensive
