I was hoping that the reviews were not true but it is true. There are roaches and ants in the room. I can also see roach sticky pads and ant baits under the couch and on the side of the fridge. Very gross. The rooms are outdated but it was nice that there is AC. The best part was the location. It was very convenient to everything such as shopping and restaurants. But because of convenience, the location is noisy but it was not an issue for me. Parking is very limited onsite but I did not have an issue. There was also street parking if needed.

Facility is a bit outdated. Loved the power/heated toilet! Bathtub was significantly chipped and has seen better days. Room was good sized, bathroom was nice. In-room mini fridge and coffee service was a plus. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The 'adult' pool is in the middle of the buildings, which means it gets VERY limited sun. The 'everyone' pool is shallow--I don't think it got above 3.5 or 4 feet--and the water temp was in the 90s. The sandy zero-depth entry for the kids spread pebbles everywhere, not fund for us old folks who don't walk around outside that often with no shoes on, and especially not on rocks.

This looks nothing like advertisement Room came no A/C I had to go out and purchase a fan. The owner are extremely nice but the place itself needs some TLC and some upgrades

Our stay at Gingerhill Farm in Hawaii was a truly unique experience and the perfect retreat. The outdoor shower and open-air kitchen were absolute highlights—they made us feel immersed in the beautiful surroundings while still having everything we needed. The property is filled with lush gardens, blooming ginger, and vibrant tropical plants that create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We also loved spotting the friendly geckos throughout the property, which added to the authentic island experience. A wonderful bonus was discovering the beautiful artwork by Mayumi Oda displayed throughout the property. Her vibrant, nature-inspired prints complemented the peaceful setting perfectly and added another layer of inspiration to our stay. If you appreciate nature, tranquility, and a one-of-a-kind place to stay, Gingerhill Farm is a wonderful choice!

Great location, quiet. Unit pretty dark and very dated looking. Had all the amenities I needed.
