We attempted to visit the hotel. First we found out it was self check in. The area on the outside wasn't kept up, & in general looked disgusting. Very disappointed. We Did NOt even Stay. Decided to lose our money, & stay some place else.

Deep Well Motel
My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.

Amazing room, staff, and property. They were very helpful to advise me on things to do and places to eat. Buttermilk falls is right out the back.
