Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

If you are looking for an elevated experience, look no further! Staying off of the strip is the best choice! This property is " locals" driven and the service at the hotel is exceptional. From check in to check out, you will not be disappointed. We spent two fabulous days at the pool, with one day in a cabana. The cocktails and food were awesome and so was the service. Dinner at Osteria was amazing, great service and ambience. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable with huge bathrooms that have double sinks, a separate shower and a deep bathtub. As locals, we love our staycations at the Red Rock!

Yes there was everything we needed right there to cook with, we didn’t make it to the pool but next time!!

The property it self was a bit dark as compared to other properties on the strip. The staff was helpful in general but some did not know about the ceaser rewards. The pool closed at 5 which was not helpful. I’m used to being able to enjoy the pool to at least 10pm. The restaurants in the hotel were not good. I tried both. My burger was dry and lacked salt and pepper. My salad from the other restaurant was not good at all. My room did not appear to be ready for occupancy. I was missing small items. But the staff was able to bring them to me. The couple I was with was without water for over 8 hours and was not compensated. The Casio was fun I had no complaints with that. The overall experience was ok. The hotel will not be my first choice.
