The hotel and the property were very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant Turquoise was very good. We enjoyed the pool and the beach a lot. I would have liked to have water at my room everyday instead of buying it.

The mini fridge was empty and not working.the bathroom towels were very old.food was good and plenty of choices.nice hotel and friendly environment.

Food was excellent for an all-inclusive with plenty of varied choice and good quality. The hotel is a bit tired and probably needs a bit of a facelift but overall the stay was great, beach is good, we didn’t use the pools but they looked nice.

Excellent arrival. Immediately allowed to go have breakfast as we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Was super impressed with their customer service and didn’t take too long for our rooms to be ready. Entertainment staff were great and lots of activities. Expedia app advertised a hot tub but they didn’t have one - that was disappointing, but overall great experience.
