The check in process was quite difficult. We were in line for 30 mins customers were cutting in line and other guests were upset. The line was through the building. They needed more staff to accommodate the check in rush! Other than that everything else was good.

I had a wonderful time. Everybody was so nice and friendly. The food was excellent and having the 5 to 7 wine and cheese I thought was really nice of you guys.

Great place. Close to the highway, but not noisy. Good breakfast. Great beds. Same exit as Birch Run Outlets. Staff very friendly and helpfull

Comfort Inn Birch Run - Frankenmuth
Stayed here for one night only, but they have done several updates and the room was great. Breakfast was good also. Close proximity to Frankenmuth and right near downtown Birch Run and all the shops! I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly but the whole places smelled like wet dog. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

Very nice staff but the ground room floors smelt heavily of smoke . We also detected a very heavy odor of marijuana. Staff was very good at addressing it. The patrons were removed
