was a great hotel! amenities were super, in a very good area. close to all of ottawas top sites. breakfast was really tasty and lots of options, although the nespresso machine was a bit inconsistent. also located above a very good bar and restaurant named mclaren’s, but not loud at all. the shower heads are short, so if you are over 5’7 it is not ideal.

Spacious, great room layout, quiet, spotless. The continental breakfast was good. The option of a to go bag with water & snacks were appreciated. The underground parking kept our car safe. We stayed at The Business Inn with six families for a long weekend to experience the Winter Festival in Ottawa, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy all the festival activities. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for families traveling together. The staff was warm, welcoming, and especially accommodating, making sure our rooms were next to each other, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options for both kids and adults. Everyone in our group—children and grown-ups alike—was extremely happy with the stay. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked another vacation at the hotel. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had great variety and hit the spot before we headed out skating on the canal. They even had snacks bags with a water bottle to take to go. We highly recommend this hotel. It is an easy walk to the Rideau Canal and Parliamet buildings. It was very secure.
