Staff not particularly helpful .. room was quite dark or very bright with the overhead lights. We thought it was supposed to be a 4 star but was definitely only a 3 at best . No breakfast option either . Will not go back and we do not recommend for a stay...!....... .n................................,.........................................................................hgyyyyyuyuu9h9g8g7f from tx TD TC 5c8yc8yc8c8yc8yc8yc0coyx8yx8ycoycoyxohxihxihcohcohcihci

Slow customer service.

Long story short, I’m looking forward to my next visit soon

There was no Hot water when I wanted it, there was no Hot water for 1 day.

The room was clean, unfortunately we had a jacuzzi experience in mind- however it turned out our room had a bath tub, we honestly struggled to use it , shower spills everywhere. On a brighter side- the staff were very lovely and helpful. Cheers to the Manager of the hotel and his team, they made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Breakfast wasn’t very great but manageable. A bit far from local ammentities, so if you want beach experience, going to the town centre be prepared to travel a bit.

This location provided great value for money. It was quiet and not far to amenities and the city center. There was a bakery nearby where I got a byrek each morning for breakfast on my way to get picked up for day trips, or walk to Skanderbeg square. The front desk was staffed 24 hours. There was an outdoor sitting area/bar, which was a convenient spot to wait for my Patoko to the airport. I would recommend Olia Residence to friends.
