For the 2 weeks i was there, i couldn't complain. The only thing i will mentioned is that they should created a list of all the english channels because i had a hard time finding them on the tv.

Best Western Hotel Cristallo
Check in was quick but the attendant wasn’t friendly. We were looking for ice and all he had to say was - no ice. My room didn’t have a shower head, lacked a set of robes and slipper which I had made the staff aware.

Hotel & Residence Villa Bartolomea
Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin.
