Room was clean could use a little touch up. Perfect location everything was within walking distance to the center of Zagreb. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The host was there within minutes of my arrival to let me in. Perfect location.

Beautiful old hotel. The food in the Bistro was excellent and the courtyard was a lovely place to relax. We had a miscommunication about the taxi. We were charged for airport transport by the hotel but then the driver also demanded payment, which we did not give him. Not quite sure what the problem was…

We stayed at Zagreb for one night as a transfer between Rovinj and Split to break up our trip. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the best part was it opened at 6:30. That was very helpful for us as we had an early morning bus. Reception staff were very friendly. The hotel is located very central; many options for restaurants and tourist spots were walkable.

It was a great room and the breakfast was an experience! Really great stay.

Close to center of the city, very convenient and a good property. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The accommodation was good and well maitained. Breakfast was good. Very convenient parking.

Decent breakfast included, pleasant staff… especially nice bar staff. The only thing is, the standard for cleaning the rooms need to be higher .
