Arrived to very friendly staff, upgraded our room to a suite. Not too happy with a suite that had 12" high toilets!! We have bad knees, also shower tub combo not so great- should be walk in with hand held shower . Pool and surrounding areas not too clean, drains clogged didn't see anyone cleaning while we were there. Pool bar closed way to early... kiddie splash zone was a hit with grandson! Food and drinks are super expensive probably wont stay there again because of costs.

The first night an alarm went off around 2:30 in the morning which woke me up and sent me into a panic. I could not go back to sleep for several hours. Which ruined my day Saturday. The room never got cool enough! Then several days after checking out we received a email stating that we had to pay $150 for “Resort fees and Parking.” This was never disclosed at the check in. We actually were told that parking was included and that everything was already paid in full and to not pay for the parking because it was included in our room. Called the facility and they stated that since we booked through a 3rd party that we didn’t pay enough basically.
