I had a room on the beach and it was amazing! I could sit there and just listen to the ocean. The room was on the smaller side but enough room for me and my dog. Having the kitchenette made it so nice to get up and have breakfast in my room. I will definitely stay there again.

Was on the boardwalk and next to the strip which was very convenient. Room was not that great, clearly patch worked paint, carpet thresholds were running, caulking in bathroom was peeling, and outdated. Finally, with the living room couch unfolded into a bed it made the entire room feel pretty cramped. Speaking of cramped, the parking lot is compact for even compact cars. Oh forgot, it did have a stove/oven and dishes/silverware which was nice!

Great little cottage type room for our beach getaway. Plenty of room for us and our teenage son. Beds were very comfortable and the jetted tub is amazing.

The staff is friendly, and helpful, the property is well kept, and the room was clean and had all of the amenities. We have spent more money on other accommodations that were more spacious, this room was a little more cozy, but otherwise provided everything the more costly properties provided. We enjoyed the cozy room in December with the weather so cold and it was so warm inside. The spa tub (single person) is large and relaxing. The location is just a block off of the main street with its restaurants, shops and activities. And the direct view of the beach and ocean without the dunes in the way, from the balcony or even from the couch and bed was a big plus. This property is on our list to go again.

The room was exceptionally clean and it was clear that the attendant had made the extra effort to have the space as presentable as possible. It’s not a “five-star” establishment, but the property is in an excellent location, and the amenities have character. Management is “making do” as best they can. I appreciated the regard. I would prefer an English-speaking staff. Part of the fun of a stay, anywhere, for me, is the connection with people providing the experience. Without it, the stay is much lonelier.

The room was clean and ample for our beachfront stay. The large whirlpool tub, thick cotton robes and in-room fireplace made the stay lovely. Though we didn’t use it, there was also a full size range and microwave along with a small fridge. We would definitely stay there again. There was a coast-wide power outage for 15 hours while we were there. I think the staff could have/should have been more communicative with us and for that I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

My week-long stay with my Pomeranian at The Inn at The Prom was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and courteous. It's a short block walk to downtown - perfect location! The view from my room was mesmerizing! The bed was super comfy. I loved the electric fireplace and the jacuzzi tub. The room looked & felt very clean! The kitchen wasn't well stocked, but I had packed most of my own supplies. While the space was small, it didn't affect the enjoyment of my stay. After all, the room was comfortable, the view was soothing, I got to have my dog with me, there was a cozy fireplace and a bubbling jacuzzi bathtub and I could walk to anywhere from there. What more could I ask for? I'm so grateful to everyone who made this much-needed break from life so enjoyable!

The hotel was amazing , the staff was friendly . The hotel was super clean and PERFECT. The staff were able to accommodate my request for a lower level room due my older fur babies disability and inability to use stairs. We will book again next year. Thank you so very much .

Room was clean and cute, but small. Patio and view was great. Walls were thin. Could hear person upstairs taking loud steps and could hear snoring all night long in room next door. Two men, which I assume were maintenance, stared into our room one morning. When we approached them, they said they were checking our screen. We should’ve received a request from the office for this so we weren’t startled. I reached out to the office for all these issues and did not hear back. Poor customer service.

I'm so happy with the fireplace and the cleanliness of the rooms. The fresh robes were a great surprise. so happy with the staff bringing me my groceries when the delivery person accidentally took them to the main office. Nice people and location.
