Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The first room they gave me there were crumbs on the bedside table, the sink was filled with water, what appeared to be feces on the toilet seat and smeared on the wall, and the bed appeared to be slept in. I went down and was given another room. That room was much cleaner however had hair in the shower and urine in the toilet. The bed looked like they had changed it out so I took it. I ended up going down and letting the staff know. There was another customer complaining about bugs in his room. After that I told the front desk I would just clean the shower and toilet in the morning. The rest of the place was dirty, needed vacuuming. Front desk guy was sitting in the lobby watching tv the entire time. Looked like a homeless guy wasn’t dressed professional. Entire third floor smelled of weed. Second floor didn’t. Beds were okay nothing special. I didn’t try the food because let’s be honest if you can’t clean the rooms are you cleaning anything else yet alone the stuff your cooking with? Needless to say I won’t be going back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Highly recommend everyone stay far away from this place. How it has such good reviews on this app and website is beyond me.
