Older property -- clean but worn down. Bathroom small with corner shower, no tub, and door broken. Air conditioner super loud. Didn't feel safe leaving our EV charging down the block. Would try a newer place next time.

Well, they’re trying to improve the property. You can tell there’s been updates and improvements, but there was still a little ways to go. Room and bed were ok, but the caulk job around the tub was subpar. Mixed bag.

The location was excellent - in a lovely tree filled neighborhood within easy walking of the main commercial streets. The room was comfortable, clean, no frills, but did have a little fridge. no complaints. But there is a general air of disinterest in the details that make for a truly pleasant experience. The Keurig coffee maker in the lobby of the guest building was a plus, but no milk, only artificial creamers. There were unwatered dead plants in the public areas and the inn went cheap on guest toiletries and the continental breakfast. The mini pastries were stale and tasteless. There is a restaurant in the inn with lovely outside seating, but dining experience was disappointing the food was only fair. A tomato salad special - about $16 - had only 2 small pieces of chopped tomato. Service was friendly and reasonably professional. This would be a great place to sit outside for drinks.

After the initial check in to our room we had request clean linen. The sheets, pillow case, and comforter had stains on them. Front desk was called the staff was very apologetic about the linen and we were proved with clean linen. After the one issue the stay was great. Breakfast was tasteful.

The pool was a lot of fun! There is even pool toys and stuff for kids to play with. My family loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were so great. My family was very comfortable here!
