Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice.

I enjoyed my stay. The food in the bar upstairs was great as was the service from Heather on Monday night and Pamela on Tuesday night. I was even able to get the TV channel changed so I could watch the Stanley Cup Playoff game. on Tuesday night. D. Wise

Had to request a change in bed sheets, After 3 days, they only took out the trash & Didn't clean the sink. Made the request around 2pm & it took a couple of hours to get to me. The delay interfed with what I had scheduled.

This hotel was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is that none of the windows can be opened. Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine.
