Good stay. Suite rooms was very roomy. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice, on the smaller side but worked out great for our 1 night stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The hotel dates back to 1882 and you can feel the history in the building. The floors creak and the doors are heavy. There are bookshelves, paintings, old phonographs, old photographs, trivia and old mirrors all over the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again when we're in the Albuquerque area. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

This was an old historic hotel with huge ceilings and large rooms with lots to clean. We appreciate the charm that goes with old buildings. That being said, a better job could have been done with checking out of the way spots, like window ledges behind the curtains had cobwebs and needed cleaning. The bathroom was very clean.

No one cleaned the room and didn't get clean towels. Bed wasn't clean

The room was adequate as far as the bed. General cleanliness lacked The bathroom had many holes in the wall that had not been patched. Brown splash stains on the wall. Shower head was filthy The water tank cover was not the proper one. Could see the water in the tank.Major safety issue. Towels had holes in them. Toothpaste stains on sink faucet.

My room was never cleaned up around the pool was not working and had to climb stairs with a special needs child

Great little town and nice, easy-access hotel. Would stay again.
