We checked into the room and there was no hot water and the television didn't work. The hotel was full so coould not switch rooms and we had to wait 24 hours for the hot water heater to be replaced. We asked for some sort of compensation and we were told "it's complicated" and we needed to talk to the manager. We left our phone number for the manager and she never returned our call. We also called several times and she was never available.

Much better stay than I anticipated. It was clean and very convenient walk to everything.. I would definitely stay here again.. thank you.

What a wonderful stop on my journey! Fantastic hospitality and had everything I needed. My pup loved it, too!

Room was not ready at the stated 4pm check in time, we got there for 4.45 pm, no apology given. Went and grabbed food from a local bar and waited for a call to say it was available. Never received said call and returned to the hotel 2 hours later & room was available. Previous guests dirty bedding & towels were left outside our door and were still there the morning after our stay. Complementary coffee at reception was not available in the morning and our coffee machine didn't function properly in the room.
