No ramp just steps. Zero parking just anywhere for other hotels also. Check in was a joke. Had to go to another hotel to check in. You will never see me back there , it's a joke. Also some nut set of the fire alarm while trying to Check on to not and had to leave then come back and start over. Don't go there

Paulina did everything for us - we are thankful for her, always a smile, and all the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Didn’t use the pool as monsoons were daily . We’ll be back

This place was amazing. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, the concept is fantastic, food was great! They have lots of fun little touches to make it a fun stop For the family. And seeing the stars out there was AMAZING!

Scavenger hunt to figure out how to access the property and room. No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 5:30pm. The door locks were hard to figure out. Room was comfortable.

Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.
