Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff, although spoke very little English, always did their best to help. Room was comfortable and spacious. General areas of the hotel were always clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and there was a choice of some items on the menu.

Да, это не Shagri-La и не Mandarin Oriental, но за очень-очень маленькие деньги у вас будет вполне просторная и чистая комната. У меня был номер 204. Мебель сильно нуждается в замене, но матрас был очень удобен, для меня — идеальная жёсткость. Бельё чистое, полотенца не новые, но хорошо выстиранные. Кондиционер работал идеально, и он чистый как снаружи, так и внутри, это видно. В номере не было чайника, но я попросил, мне дали. Чайник очень большой, чистый. В санузле душевая кабина, достаточно большая, правда с очень высоким порогом. Нужно заменить старую, ветхую лейку душа, это не дорого, но впечатление будет намного лучше. Горячая вода шла хорошо. В раковине с горячей водой проблема. Завтрак — на заказ яичница/омлет/каша. Подаются с нарезкой колбасы, сыра, огурцов, томатов. Также давали вкусный десерт (пирожное или блины со сгущёнкой). Чай в заварном чайнике был вкусным. Я все дни брал яичницу, она была приготовлена идеально. Женщина в кафе исключительно приветлива и внимательна, впрочем, как и весь персонал отеля, с кем я общался. Расположен отель, на мой взгляд, удобно. В шаговой доступности магазины, рестораны и т.д. Автобусная остановка метрах в 30. В общем, несмотря на то, что отель нуждается в реновации, впечатление от него осталось положительное.

Bodde der i fire netter. Ingen besøk av rengjøring eller lignende. Tomme sjampo "konvolutter" i dusj. Tvilsom rengjøring. Slitt sengetøy. Engelsk kunnskap vha Google translate. Grei beliggenhet i en eldre del av byen. Endel restauranter og kaffebarer i nærheten.
