We had a very nice stay here. Parking was very convenient. Our shower was broken but they moved us to an upgraded room. The hotel bar has a great vibe.

Wonderful staff. Nice, clean facilities. Great rooms, great area. Enjoyed a morning walk along the river. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit on the lacking options side and in a very small cramped serving area.

We've stayed at Sentential several times over the years and never tire of the stately architecture and level of original construction quality. Service is always good to excellent, though few will appreciate the additional $65 per day cost associated with valet parking (the nearest public parking lot is subject to frequent break-ins) or the $29 per day charge for 'Guest Amenity Fee'. (FYI: On our last visit, the cost of valet parking for three days on the street outside the hotel totaled $295.95).

Hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was good, the vinyl flooring had raised areas in it, almost like the room had flooded at some point. The walls are thin, we could here someone in the adjoining room snoring and another night someone else's alarm buzzing. We ordered their Caprese salad on two separate occasions. The first one was excellent, however the second one had mushy tomatoes, almost looked rotten.

Room size good. Room 204 balcony door did not open fully. Roof garden was not organised as well as it could be - a missed opportunity. Helpful staff at reception. Basic breakfast could have done with a bit more variety eg a sugared cereal or danish

Room was mostly clean (a few crumbs on the shelves in the kitchen), Staff was very nice, Views were wonderful and the pool is always nice to swim in. My biggest complaint is that their shampoo and conditioner SUCKS! It dries out your hair and leaves a sticky residue that tears out your hair when you go to brush it. I would suggest that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner so your hair doesn’t get ruined.
