I would not recommend this property overall, but I will give a detailed list of my review. The positives: The front desk agent that checked us in was very pleasant. The snack shop was very convenient. The location is great and in walking distance to multiple local destinations. The guest room was a great size. The not so good: This property is very dated. Our room smelled bad of mildew and everything felt damp. The bar was only open until 6pm, which was not convenient. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The walls and ceilings are so thin that we were not able to get much sleep because we could hear everything from the room above us and people nextdoor. This went all through the night. Also, an additional note: there are only a few parking spaces available at the hotel, the other option is street parking or in a lot across the street and down a flight of stairs. This hotel would not be my first choice, but the options are limited in Lewiston.

The location was excellent - in a lovely tree filled neighborhood within easy walking of the main commercial streets. The room was comfortable, clean, no frills, but did have a little fridge. no complaints. But there is a general air of disinterest in the details that make for a truly pleasant experience. The Keurig coffee maker in the lobby of the guest building was a plus, but no milk, only artificial creamers. There were unwatered dead plants in the public areas and the inn went cheap on guest toiletries and the continental breakfast. The mini pastries were stale and tasteless. There is a restaurant in the inn with lovely outside seating, but dining experience was disappointing the food was only fair. A tomato salad special - about $16 - had only 2 small pieces of chopped tomato. Service was friendly and reasonably professional. This would be a great place to sit outside for drinks.

First off rented a room with two king size beds I got a room with two queen size beds when I first walked in noticed the large stains on the blankets covering the beds pulled back the one bad there was actually dirt on the sheets in between the sheets also noticed the floor being warped and very dirty walk to the back window the crank was broken off the back window when I looked into the bathroom bottom of the door was broken and appeared to have been kicked in at one time toilet was crooked bathtub very dirty there was towels did not check their cleanliness open the dresser drawers there was trash and most of the drawers the one drawer had dead bugs in it pieces of the baseboard were missing dirt stains on the walls notice the one lamp shade had either orange popsicle or spaghetti sauce dripped all over it when I was leaving which I never stayed there noticed that the front window actually had bottles and trash on the window sill when I came out of the door the young man from the office was actually next door in that room with the door open probably listening to me tell my girlfriend over the phone how horrible the room was I do have pictures of most of the things that I have explained here we stayed at this roadside motel about 10 years ago and everything was great very nice very clean so in the past 10 years this place has gone downhill quite a bit swimming pool does not have water in it parking lot was very dirty uncapped I'm surprised someone hasn't come in and shut them

Perfect for an overnight! Nice modern space that’s close to the village and holiday valley. Mini fridge was super helpful, and temperature controls were very easy to use. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.
