Dirty, with a musty smell. Terrible experience. Very poor service at the front desk.to avoid

The national park was very close. The room and lodge were very clean. A peaceful retreat.

The pool room has old food and drinks that were molded and congealed. The rooms were full of holes and disgusting. The pool and hot tub were not clean and they just kept adding more and more bleach. The rooms smelled horrible like old sour food. The hallways were disgusting, mold and paper peeling off the walls. Food left in the hall work. The only thing going for this hotel is the front desk woman was so helpful. The breakfast attendant was rude. And the breakfast itself made my entire family sick after eating it.

Check in was easy and seamless. Friendly greeting by receptionist! The room was spotless. Even the stairwells were clean. I don’t know if I ever have encountered clean stairwells anywhere! The breakfast had more than I anticipated. Again the breakfast area was clean and well maintained! Accolades to the managment and staff. It is almost impossible to find a hotel that checks all of the boxes!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was cold and spacious. Water pressure in the farthest room, the one we were in was a little low. But the water was hot. We were told guest laundry was broken.

Everything was great. Person at front was very helpful with restaurant recommendation to Texas Road House for dinner.

Could have had better options on Breakfast Meat, was afraid to eat the Sausage, didn't look Cooked. Also once outside, you couldn't get back into the Hotel except at the Front,so if your sitting out out back off the Breakfast area,you had to walk all the way around the building, you couldn't use your room ket to get back in

Bed with broken springs No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again
