The staff was very nice. The lady that worked the breakfast was running around the whole time making sure everything was available to the guests. The morning manager even came in to ask how everything was, which was very nice. My only issue was the actual room. We couldn’t get in the door, we had to push it open with our shoulder. We couldn’t get in the shower. The sliding door wouldn’t open. I finally got in the shower and then I couldn’t get out. But the worst part was the bathroom was so small. The sink was out in the hall and it was so low to the ground. It was for somebody that was 3 feet tall. The sink was so small. You couldn’t put anything on it even your toothbrush and toothpaste. The luggage carrier was so small. We couldn’t even put two suitcases on it. But this particular site, the cement in front was all torn up. When my husband was pushing the luggage carrier, his suitcase fell off and cracked the whole corner of his suitcase. I was very disappointed in this place.

Everything was amazing!! Room clean friendly staff!!

Probably the best hotel in Canandaigua as far as amenities and activities. We will be back.

Great spot, very cozy

Room was immaculate! Many helpful amenities including Keurig, pods, water bottles, fridge, microwave. AC worked great. Bathroom is small, but no issues sharing with family. Adorable themed decor!
