Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management.

Clean room - one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve slept in. Stairways need to be vacuumed. Mats need to be replaced. Staff is awesome.

I used to stay there a lot. At some point the beds got worse and they started using microfiber bed sheets. They feel gross. My room had a side table awkwardly place where a sofa should be. I probably won't stay there again.

Upon arrival, there were two long hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't ours. Although the room had many amenities, I found the two dark walls and dark carpeting made the room dark and depressing to be in. Free parking and free breakfast were a plus!
