Tru by Hilton Beavercreek Dayton
The staff were friendly. The room was clean and in great condition. Breakfast was very nice especially for an included breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. We've had great luck with the Tru hotels.

Suburban Studios Fairborn - Dayton
Room was fairly clean, other than corners in bathroom. The hallway was not in very good shape, or clean. The wi-fi was also incredibly slow (3mb/s). Parking was easy. Not bad overall for the price, you get what you pay for.

Smoke alarm was beeping low battery late at night. I tried to see if there was a way to turn it off and then the alarm went off even though there was no smoke or fire. I couldn't find any button or way to shut it off. I called the front desk and they were able to get it shut off, then it kept beeping ...

The lobby and bar area were nice, and the staff was great. I was disappointed with the appetizers and breakfast on the 6th floor.

Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin
Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though

Our rooms never got clean. There was no coffee or milk for breakfast. The vending machine didnt work. The rooms were dirty. Floors were sticky, carpet was stained.
