Pros: Beautiful area, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Cons: Run down, needs more cleaning, needs groundskeeper to go around and fix little things on the property.

It was just ok. The room was fine. It was not exceptionally clean but it was ok. The included breakfast was decent and the coffee was not terrible but it wasn't refreshed either. Several times I went to get coffee in the evening and it was cold. Luckily there was a microwave to heat it up. The room was ok. The bed was well worn. The room felt like it was touched up rather than cleaned. The bathroom and one of the beds had hair on it that was certainly not mine. They do not clean or refresh the rooms during your stay. If you need anything, you need to go to front desk. It was definitely an older property and there is no parking near the rooms. Many break this rule which is a fire hazard but the lighting on the property is not maintained which means you are walking from the lot to your room in the dark. Overall the property was quiet and the staff were friendly, there just wasn't a ton of them. If you are looking for a quiet place on a budget it's not a bad bet to stay here.

I had to pay $20 for amenities but the hot tub was closed and I had to park my car in a distant parking lot. Also the carpet needs updated and cleaned.

Needs updating

Hotel did not have our reservation. Then they found our reservation but gave us a different room than we requested. Our room's deadbolt chain had been torn off the door frame. The bathroom tiles were very worn and the tub was stained. There was hair found under our pillows and tucked into the sheets of both beds. The property is extremely dated and worn out. I stayed here as a kid and was looking forward to going back, but I wouldn't go again, it was sad to see it in such a state.

Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway.

I loved the place, however, they lied about the hot tub. We read the reviews where people said that the hot tub was not working so we called the property and they lied to us saying that everything is working (including hot tub) but we arrived the next day hot tub was shut down. Anyways, besides that the rest was very good, breakfast delicious, rooms nice (outdated but nice), staff friendly and helpful. Loved it here.
